Rules and Regulations 2010
The following are the official rules and regulations of Miss Palm Springs™. Contestants must read and adhere to the
following rules and regulations in order to participate in the program to be eligible as a contestant: Delegates may reside in the Coachella Valley.
Contestant must be single and between ages of 13 - 18 Teens & 17 - 26 years for MISS
Contestant must be of good health & moral character.
Contestant must be single, never have been married, nor given birth to a child.
Contestant must never have been convicted of a felony crime.
Contestant vying for a title must have proof of their birth for the pageant
All Contestants will be selected to participate, as a delegate "at-large" there is no prior competition required.
Contestant will be subject to a registration fee or sponsor fee. (Two Hundred Dollars) Commercial sponsors welcome
and will received promotion in exchange for their sponsorship / donation.
Contestant must never have nor will she during her reign pose for any photography, video or film associated with
nudity or pornography. Nor has she ever or is presently involved with any type of employment involving partial or full nudity at any time in print and or commercial.
Any contestant and/or family member or guest showing less than sportsman like behavior will lead to the qualification
of the contestant. No refund will be given under these circumstances.
All decisions of judges at the national level are final and irrevocable.
Contestant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the Miss Palm Springs Pageant
Competitions, at no time will a male chaperone or pageant director allowed in the delegates dressing area.
Contestant will permit Miss Palm Springs ™ and their licensees the right to use contestant's photograph for publicity
Purposes in connection with all Miss California ™ competitions.
Contestant will permit Miss California™ and their licensees to televise live or by use of film or videotape any Portion or

It is understand that the Teen & Miss Palm Springs Prizes will be presented throughout the year's reign as deemed on
preferences. It is also understood that it will be the responsibility of the Queen and her princess to assist in obtaining the necessary sponsorship funds if they wish to advance into other beauty pageants
Contestant understands that Miss Palm springs ™ reserves the right to change the live stage judging to personal
interviews, the dates & location of the Miss Palm Springs™ pageant.
As a contestant you understands that if selected the winner of the Teen or Miss Palm Springs ™ competition, that she
will resign any title which she may now hold and that for one year her professional affairs, as said winner, will be under the sole management of Madlin's of Palm Springs and /or their licensees and that she will not give any written or oral endorsements commercially, without the expressed permission of said same. Contestant further acknowledges that all rights for any appearances, endorsements, speaking engagements, acting roles, etc. resulting from winning or being a contestant in the Teen & Miss Palm Springs competition affiliated with Miss California™ shall belong exclusively to same.
I understand and agree that all issues as to eligibility, which shall be determined by Miss Palm Springs Director,
Louise Madlin and I agree to abide by that determination both as to myself and other applicants.
By their signatures below, applicant certify that they have read and understand the rules and Regulations as set forth
Above and that the applicant meets the requirements and will comply with the rules and regulations stated. Any untrue statement or failure to comply may result in applicant's disqualification.
These rules and regulations are subject to modification, as needed, without prior notice. Pageant reserves the right to
make Modifications at its sole discretion.
