beginning with the Miss Palm Springs; Miss Palm Springs -America, Miss Palm Springs - USA and Miss Palm Springs - World
The winner of State, National and International awards, I am proud to deliver to pageantry
the essential elements that provide a positive experience
for the Delegates. Through the years, I have found that it is not the winning but rather the journey
itself that is the true prize.
Miss International Beauty(R) founded on a solid commitment to making this system
synonymous with fairness and integrity.
The team of individuals lending many years-combined city; state; national and international pageant
experience, secures our position as a solid and respected leader in the field of pageantry.
We are proud to announce that over forty years ago we made NEW LAW with our court
action to protect our beauty titles; this was the first court action for protection and proof of ownership.(Miss California ) Miss American scholarship pageant may still use the plain Miss California title but they do not own the registration,
Winning is so much more than the crown and banner, it's giving a voice to those that need
to be heard, lending a hand to those less fortunate, and being a compass to those daring's to dream. I am so proud of each and every delegate / representative I have met through these years, and I continue to be impressed by his or her ongoing achievements and successes in life's journey.
Founder of the (IBQS) International Beauty Queen Society, a non-profit organization where
beauty Queens work together collecting Toys for Tots in association with the US Marines at their Christmas drive.
Louise is a past multiple holders, Mrs. Palm Springs, Mrs. California America, Ms .California
Achievement and Mrs. USA. Louise served as the National Pageant Coordinator for the City of Hope's, first "Mrs. America Pageant" 1977 staged in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Winner of various awards ,selected by the Mexico City Excelsior News Assoc. for her
Goodwill Exchange program between the United States and
Mexico. (Mazatlan Carnival Festival for her 40th. year of participation. ).
